On this day in 1979 The Psychedelic Furs released their debut single on Epic Records, produced by Howard Thompson, Ian Taylor and The Psychedelic Furs, We Love You backed by Pulse did not make the charts put set the ball rolling for what was to follow when they released their amazing debut album in February 1980.
