We kick off the Third Music is the Doctor of 2016 with the sad news of the passing of Dale Griffin (Drummer of Mott the Hoople and Music Producer), Glenn Frey (Songwriter and Vocalist for the Eagles and Solo artist as well) and also one not known to many Rob McAllister of Long Island, New York who fronted Punk band Iron Chic. Add to that the death of David Bowie and it's already been a pretty sad month for losses in the music community.
The Playlist includes tracks from each of them and also a couple of recent Bowie tributes and one for Lemmy Kilmister.
The rest is some tunes that were released in January between 1977 and 1985.
