Often overlooked in favour of The Undertones and other bands hailing from Northern Ireland, Starjets released some cracking wee singles between 1978-80. Their penultimate single is I think their best. Released in November 1979, it had hit written all over it, but it actually failed to chart!
After an album and a handful of singles the band changed their name to Tango Brigade (yep, can't say I recall them either! After one single 'Donegal' they folded). Terry Sharpe later resurfaced in The Adventures.
